Frances Reynolds is the President of Reynolds Ventures. Frances founded Reynolds Ventures in 2007 and is responsible for the company's strategy and the director of advisory services to all clients. Frances' 25 year career has included positions in a range of multinational companies and in the corporate advisory sector. A former vice-president at both Warner Brothers and Orion Pictures, Frances also represented Buena Vista's interests in Brazil. Frances has a wealth of experience brokering major corporate deals in Europe and South America.
Frances is also the founder of the Fundación Arte Viva (www.arteviva.org), an independent non-profit organization which organises cultural activities to bring art, culture and education closer to all social sectors, especially those from the most disadvantaged groups.
Frances is Vice President of the Latin American Acquisitions Committee of the Tate Modern of London, and a member of the international council of the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA).
Frances has been awarded the Ordem Nacional do Mérito Cultural by President Fernando Henrique Cardoso and is a recipient of the 'Grand Cross of Queen Isabella' by his Majesty King Juan Carlos of Spain.

Marc Noyer Maingard has developed his career in the financial sector at international banks such as Merrill Lynch in Buenos Aires , HSBC in New York and Barclays in Madrid.
Marc has experience in private banking, customer service, investment advice, analyzing and proposing solutions to customers, developing and promoting new financial products.
Marc has a Masters Degree in International Management and Economics from Ecole de Management Leonardo de Vinci in Paris, France.
Marc Noyer also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Finance from San Paulo CEU in Madrid, Spain

Dr Paulo Wrobel is Advisor on Energy and Agribusiness at the London office of Reynolds Ventures. He is an economist and holds a PhD in international relations from King's College London. He has had an international career as an academic, researcher and adviser, and has worked for the Government of Brazil in London on science and technology, and on economic and trade issues. He has been a representative of Brazil at different commodities organizations based in London (coffee, sugar, cocoa and grains).
He is experienced participating in conferences and seminars and has given presentations on energy and agri-business sectors in Brazil. He has published extensively on these themes, particularly on the sugar and ethanol sector, renewable energy and sustainable development.
He has been a consultant on investing in Brazil, and on economics and public policies for a variety of European, American and Latin American companies. At the London office of Reynolds Ventures, Dr Wrobel's main areas of expertise include renewable energy in Brazil, biomass for electricity generation in the UK and Europe, and UK and European investment in the booming oil and gas sector in Brazil. In agribusiness, agro-energy, sugar and ethanol, and attracting investment into new agricultural frontiers in Brazil are his main areas of business.
